Can I change/cancel my order?

Sometimes. If we have not dispatched your order for delivery, then you can contact us with your order number and we will cancel it, or change it for you.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your order your refund will take 3-5 business days to show in your account.

If you have received a dispatch email from us, then unfortunately we will be unable to cancel or change your order and you will have to go through our Returns process.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for and we will hold this item over for you.

You can then return your item back to us and once we receive it we will re-deliver your new item to you using Standard UK Delivery.

Please note that you can only exchange your item once otherwise it will have to go through our returns process for a refund.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any unworn and unsoiled item back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned back to us outside of these times will be honoured with a credit note.

For any items that have been purchased on sale at 40% or less you can return back to us for a credit note or an exchange.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

If you have received a faulty item, then please contact us with your order number, a description and photos of the fault and we will assist you further.

What are your delivery costs?

Standard UK delivery (3-5 days) £2.99

Next day UK Delivery* (order before 3PM Mon-Fri) £7.99

Next day Saturday Delivery* (order before 11AM Friday) £9.99

*If ordered on a Saturday for Next day delivery the following Monday, order needs to be placed by 10AM on the Saturday otherwise your item will be delivered on the Tuesday.

What are your delivery times?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

For Next day delivery Monday-Friday, orders must be placed no later than 3PM Monday – Thursday.

For Next day delivery Saturday, orders must be placed no later than 11AM Friday.
