RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your items, if for any reason you don't you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your items. 

UNWANTED ITEMS

You can return any unwanted items to us unworn and with the tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this time frame.

Please note that unwanted items should be returned to us with all the tags attached and in an unworn and unsoiled state. If any item is returned to us in a soiled state (with make-up, tan or other things) then your return will be invalid and will be sent back.

SALE ITEMS

Any items that have been purchased from our sale at 40% discount or less can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a credit note.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN? 

In your delivery package you will find a returns sheet with your order number and our address. 

If you have misplaced your order form please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will send you a new one via the email provided. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email from our customer support team acknowledging that we have received your items and we are processing your refund.

Please allow 14 days from the date you sent your items back to be notified via email, if you haven’t heard from us within 14 days please check your tracking information to make sure it has been delivered.

If it shows we have received it, or you do not have tracking information and 14 days has passed, then please Contact us with your order number and we will chase it up for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your order, and you have been notified via email that your refund is being processed, it should take 5-7 business days for the refund to reach your account. 

If after 7 business days of being notified that we have received your return and you still have not received your refund, then please Contact us and we will chase this up for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes. Please Contact us with your order number and tell us which item you would like to exchange it for and we will hold it for you until your return has been received.

Please note, you will be responsible for the postage costs of your exchange to be sent back out.
